Despite being underpowered, having the weakest first party games, and being notoriously difficult to develop for; the PS2 is the undisputed leader in the console world today. Naturally, being the top console means over 50% of all games get released on it which is why the current crop of this generation Dragon Ball games will mostly likely all be released for the PS2 at one point.
